After we have prepared the initial draft of your business plan, we have another meeting to go through the plan and gather the last of the information needed from you for the following

· Action Plan for the next 3 years
· SWOT analysis for client as well as their competitors
Once this is all completed, we will send through the compiled business plan, and if needed have another meeting to discuss any further changes that may need to be made.

Pricing
$3,500 for up to two courses or occupation industries, $500 per additional course/target industry. Estimated timeframe to prepare the business plans is 3-4 weeks.
